Advanced mechanical design

The whole machine uses three-dimensional virtual design tools to improve production quality.
The main drive system takes into account high speed and medium load.
The machines of this series use a digital AC spindle servo motor connected to a ZF gearbox imported from Germany (1:1 and 1:4 gears), and transmitted to high-speed spindle parts via a gear belt, with a wide range of stepless change in spindle rotation speed.
A separate oil cooling system is used to cool high-speed parts of the ZF spindle and gearbox. Thanks to this, the main drive system maintains a constant temperature, which ensures stable machining accuracy.
The machine is also equipped with a low-pressure air cleaning system that blows air through the spindle center to clean the tool tails during their change, extending the spindle life.

High-strength grey cast iron material is used, which has excellent mechanical stability and thermal resistance, as well as excellent damping under strong load or intermittent cutting.
The machine tool has an integral T-shaped structure, the column has a double-walled frame structure, adopting a reasonable thin-walled and multi-reinforced structure, with good casting stiffness. The new resin molding technology from Germany is used to meet the design requirements, so that the machine has high structural rigidity.

The three-axis AC servo motor uses a high-efficiency, high-torque and high-precision coupling for direct connection to the ball-screw pair, which increases the positioning accuracy and machine repositioning accuracy.
